Welcome to Zion Canyon's Switchback Grille

Our custom bar service includes everything but alcohol: mixers, juices, ice, plastic cups, citrus, onions, olives, cocktail napkins and Bartender.

Custom Bars require a minimum of $250.00 in sales (house selections & Corkage) excluding all items provided by client.
A $3.00 per person/hr set up fee is required for groups over 20.
A $50.00 set up fee is required for all groups of 20 or less.
A $50.00/hr bartender fee will be applied.
Glassware is available for $.50 per person

Alcohol is selected per your request and is billed per your usage
(i.e. all opened containers).
Please ask your catering manager about current selections and availability.

CASH BAR

All cash bars require a minimum of $250.00 in Sales. A $250.00 deposit is required. If the cash bar sales are less than $250.00, the portion of the deposit that will be refunded is less the amount required to meet the $250.00 minimum.
